Standard Returns (Long Distance Selling Rules)
As an online retailer, we adhere to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, commonly known as the long-distance selling rules. According to these regulations:

- Consumers have the right to cancel their online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined in the "Return Request Process" section.
- If the return meets the specified conditions, consumers will be issued a refund in accordance with our Refund Process.
Right to Reject (Short-Term):
- In addition to the standard return period, consumers have a short-term right to reject goods if they discover a fault within 30 days of receiving them.
- This right applies if the goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
- Consumers are required to notify us of the rejection within the 30-day period.
- Business returns are at our discretion, and we reserve the right to review and accept or decline such returns.
- Businesses are encouraged to contact us directly at email@example.com to discuss any potential returns.
- Returns for business transactions are subject to separate terms and agreements.
Return Request Process
- Initiate the Return within 14 Days: Customers must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Fill in the Return Form: Complete the Return Request Form available on our website at weareinfinite.uk/resources/repairs-returns/. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Review Process: Our team will review your return request. Customers will receive an email notification within 3 business days regarding the status of their return request.
- RMA Number: If your return request is successful, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is part of our acceptance process.
- Return Instructions: Follow the provided instructions, including packaging the item(s) securely and using the provided return address.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Don't worry if you opened it before changing your mind, just make sure it is all packaged back in the box!
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is damaged or not in a resalable condition.
- Return shipping is not included in the refund.
- You can request an insured return from us, but please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund due.
- If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, you are responsible for selecting an adequate service that includes insurance covering the item's value.
- If the item arrives damaged during the return shipping process, we reserve the right to refuse the return and request your courier to return the item(s) back to you.
- Customers are responsible for packaging the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.
Refund Amount Deductions
- Deductions, such as restocking fees, may apply. These will be communicated to customers during the review process.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
